Principal Product Engineer-ASICS:, Engineer will work on the development of core circuit designs, perform worst case analysis, DFMEA, and testing/verification of circuits and components to be used in safety applications. Activities include involvment in ASIC developments and specification preparation, component testing and validation, along with interfacing with component suppliers; development of test plans and final reports. Requirements include close interaction with various application teams and engineering disciplines; performing hardware development and project management activities with moderate supervision. Duties include following hardware development process, ensuring hardware quality and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
Engineer should have a minimum of eight (8) years experience as a Product Engineer in hardware development of automotive electronics, experience designing circuits and excellent oral and technical writing skills. Engineer must understand automotive electronic hardware and schematics, along with electromechanical products. Candidate should have experience in the following areas: Circuit design and development, use of schematic capture tools, simulation tools, and PCB design/layout. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable: ASIC development/design, MathCad; designing to/testing EMC requirements. Candidate must work well in a team environment and be able to travel outside of the U.S.

Software Engineers: Responsible for performing detailed specification, design and development of complex safety critical features. Activities include following defined SW processes ensuring good quality and documentation; participating in global SW development, process improvement, and risk assessment/mitigation; provide expert assistance in integration & troubleshooting; prepare and present technical communications to the customer; review test plan procedures to ensure feature(s) are thoroughly tested. International travel may be occasionally required.
Sr. Product Engineers require a minimum of 3 years embedded software development experience, Principal Product Engineers, require a minimum of 5 years embedded software development. All candidates must have held technical roles in complex embedded systems/software development. Candidates must be able to demonstrate record of designing and implementing complex features, and working productively with other peer groups. Experience in the following areas is highly desirable; embedded module implementation of CAN and the use of CAN analysis tolls such as CANoe. Understanding of automotive electronic hardware and schematics along with electromechanical products. Experience with requirements traceability using DOORS. Experience with Software Configuration Management Tools. Experience with static analysis tools such as PCLint, QA-C, or Polyspace. 4-7 years of experience in performing complex litigation and/or significant work experiences in a variety of assignments that involve use of strong project management skills, ability to gather, compile, and analyze information and make recommendations as appropriate, excellent problem solving skills, excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, must be a team player with a customer service focus, must be proficient with PCs, including database management, must posses sense of confidentiality, trust and judgment. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated and can function with limited direction.

Algorithm Control Engineer:
Responsible for developing, specifying and implementing EPS control algorithms that contribute to the overall dynamics of the EPS system - this includes the electronic and mechanical components, the sensing elements and the electrical actuation sub-system. Close working relations will be required with other team members on all aspects of control-related activities. The control system scope will also include higher-level vehicle control functions. Qualilfications include; A master's degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering or a closely related subject. Either a higher degree in control engineering or at least 10 years of experience in a range of control techniques and methods coupled with a pragmatic approach to real-world control engineering.Broad experience with Matlab/Simulink and rapid controller prototyping systems such as dSPACE.Broad experience in system integration, vehicle dynamics evaluation and vehicle attribute assessment Experience of automatic code generation from models using tools such as TargetLink is an advantage. Develop the test plans and procedures for the HE CMS Dart subsystem testing. Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Radar Systems Engineer,
Experienced in simulation, modeling, requirements generation, and design of RF systems. Develop system requirements for ARH and Ku-Band AESA radar systems. Senior Software Engineer:
